You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received (Our Error)

• We arrange a free pickup through our logistics partner at no cost to you.

• Once received and inspected, you will receive a 100% refund of the product price.

• Please contact us within 30 days and include a photo of the item and its packaging to help us process your request faster.

Item No Longer Needed / Changed Your Mind

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

• Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method and keep your logistics receipt.

• Once received and inspected, you will receive a 100% refund of the product price.

• The item should be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging wherever possible.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 24–72 hours after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
